About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in startups and SaaS companies and 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be proficient in both English and Russian. This role involves managing all HR-related activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the HR function, and supporting our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
Paperwork Management: Oversee and manage all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Team Conversations: Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Team Leads Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
Performance Reviews: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
HR Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads.
