We are looking for an excellent HR manager to join our 80+ employee strong Porto site at Domino Printing. You will be part of a Global HR Team with sole responsibility for HR within Portugal accountable for a broad range of strategic and operational HR. This on-site role will lead HR continuous improvement projects, provide a service ranging from Business Partner / Manager to advisory / administrative on all aspects of people management locally and support leaders in meeting key strategic objectives. In this role you can expect to:
Partner with the General Managers, confidently challenging the status quo to help identify improvement opportunities within the Channel.
Support and coach managers using your advisory and consultative experience on all aspects of people management, including performance and talent development.
Lead employee communications locally, drive engagement, promote wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, promote employee advocacy to demonstrate Domino is a Great Place to Work.
Enable the successful implementation of our Recruitment system, developing local capabilities to attract and retain key talent with support from Group HR.
Undertake HR administration, maintain HR policies, procedures and training needs, advising on employee personal, legal and labor practices.

Previous experience working in an autonomous HR role with broad operational and strategic delivery.
Excellent HR knowledge, skills and expertise, and you will also be happy to cover operational and administration tasks, be highly organised and flexible in your approach.
Accountability and high attention to detail is required in this role which will also be responsible for H&S as well as all aspects of HR.
Coaching and mentoring experience, able to lead change and deliver through others.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and Spanish would be desirable.
