What will you be doing in this role?
The Site HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources activities to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and support the organization's operational objectives.
Leading a team of 2 HRBP's, in this role you will ensure the HR strategies are aligned with site goals and you will provide guidance on staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
You will act as a trusted partner to the site leadership, facilitating effective communication, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
You will support our diversity & inclusion commitment and guide the site through change projects as well as the ongoing development of our line management population to raise employee engagement and retention levels.
You will analyze the HR data, identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
Specific experience or behaviours that will set you up for success in this role: A confident and customer service focused HR manager, used to working in a complex global organization like a shared services environment Proactive, results driven and accountable Solid knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR best practices A good understanding of analytics and the ability to apply them in a commercial context to find patterns and root causes (we have a team to support you with this ) Your natural leadership style will be to develop and coach, both your team and your peers, role modelling how we best collaborate with, positively question and motivate others to move projects forward to the highest standard Benefits: Competitive annual salary Annual performance bonus of up to 18% Private Health Insurance Enjoy your birthday off!
