Responsibilities Provide strategic business partnership and support clients to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent.
Implement and drive the talent strategy and initiatives for the assigned organization.
Provide employee relations and labor relations advice and consult to managers and employees.
Proactively manage the HR calendar including talent review, promotions, performance evaluation, and evaluate training needs for the blue and white collar roles.
Work closely with the manufacturing management team to facilitate implementation and operationalization of HR strategy mainly, talent attraction, recruitment activities, and supporting learning and development strategies to enable talent strategy.
Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the Factory.
Sponsor internal and external initiatives to build and promote a strong employer brand.
Support HR Team in providing all kinds of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records systematically.
Manage payroll information and all administrative tasks related to it.
Provide and prepare administrative support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR related reports and presentations.
Prepare and keep track of headcount plan and budget and work in cooperation with department managers.
Take an active role in conducting research of strategic HR and new trends/programs applicable for the organization.
Participate in and provide support for SAP HR Modules projects.
Develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and conduct a customer-oriented approach at all levels.
Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities and support stronger internal communication.
Collaborate with vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and acquire young talents for the organization.
Responsible for employee offboarding and termination processes of the positions within scope.
Ideal Profile Graduated from related fields of universities preferably in HR Management.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience preferably in multinational and industrial settings.
Experience in Portuguese employee relations legislation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Working knowledge of SAP-HR.
A 'can do' approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description.
Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and complete tasks per deadlines.
