HR Manager - Industry and ProductionCoimbraSobre o nosso clienteIndustry and Production Company.DescriçãoCoordinate the full-cycle recruitment processes for all blue-collar and white-collar roles.Assist in the development of onboarding processes and execution of orientation programs for new employees.Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the Factory.Support HR Team by providing all kinds of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records in a systematic way.Provide and prepare administrative support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR-related reports and presentations.Prepare and keep track of headcount plans and budgets, working in cooperation with the department managers.Take an active role in conducting research on strategic HR and new trends/programs applicable to the organization.Participate in and provide support for SAP HR Modules projects.Execute the performance management program for white and blue-collar workforce.Develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and conduct a customer-oriented approach at all levels.Generate creative ideas for organizing social and employee engagement activities, supporting stronger internal communication within the organization.Assist in identifying competency and skills-based training needs of the employees.Provide support in organizing and following up on training and development programs in cooperation with line managers and service providers.Collaborate with vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and acquire young talents for the organization.Responsible for offboarding and termination processes of the positions within scope.Perfil idealGraduated from related fields of universities, preferably in HR Management.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational and industrial settings.Written and oral fluency in English is an added value.Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Working knowledge of SAP-HR.A 'can do' approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description.Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while completing tasks by deadlines.Capability to anticipate problems by recognizing key issues in problems and creating contingency plans and alternative solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counseling and listening skills.VantagensCareer Opportunity.
