Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure a pipeline of high-caliber talent. Lead talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Learning & Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement professional development and training programs that foster career growth and organizational effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Lead and promote DE&I strategy and initiatives across Sonae Group, ensuring that diversity principles are embedded in all HR processes.
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.

The role will be based at Sonae headquarters in Maia.
Hybrid mode (following company policy: 3 days at the office).
