Key Responsibilities Ensure exceptional onboarding experiences for new joiners in the Porto office and remotely in Portugal.
Guarantee smooth and effective offboarding processes for team members in Portugal.
Design and implement dynamic teambuilding events to foster collaboration within the company.
Effectively advise and coach managers and employees on leave requests/issues, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters ensuring fair treatment, legal compliance, and adherence to Emergn practices/policies.
Promote strong supporting HR practices and collaboration.
Work closely with our Portugal location lead and take on some Office Management duties.
Document process flows and create easy to follow policies.
Recommend new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company.
This job might be for you if you have 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / Manager working in a global organization.
Advanced knowledge of employment and labor laws in Portugal.
Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Well-developed interpersonal, collaboration and teaming skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
A problem-solving mindset, with ability to work cross-functionally to understand and describe the problem and propose solutions.
