Hr Manager - Castelo Branco

Experis is looking for a HR Manager to join a structure in the industrial sector, located in the Castelo Branco district.Reporting directly to the Site Manager and functionally to the HR Director of the region, this professional will have the mission to be responsible for human capital management in its various dimensions, acting as a catalyst in organizational modernization. He/she will also have as main responsibilities to assume a present and intervening role in the day-to-day operation in the scope of Performance Management, Development Plans/Programs, Talent Attraction and Retention - Employer Branding, Assessments and to assume the role of Project Manager for the performance and recruitment programs.The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant academic area and consolidated professional experience in similar functions, preferably in the industrial sector. Critical thinking, problem analysis, presentation of solutions, assertiveness, proactivity and resilience in managing day-to-day issues are fundamental to this role.
