??We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a client in Porto.

? Delivering the best employee experience during all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employees enquires);
? Coordinate the payroll process;
? Help in the recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening and interviewing when needed;
? Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring;
?Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as HR Records and documentation.
?Attendance control; ?? You need to have/be: ? Fluent in English (C1);
? Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources or similar field;
? 3+ years professional experience;
? Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation laws;
? Good Excel knowledge (mandatory);
? Customer Focus: internal & external;
? Good Planning and Organization skills;
