We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a client in Porto.

Tasks:Delivering the best employee experience during all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries);Coordinate the payroll process;Help in the recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing when needed;Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring;Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as HR records and documentation;Attendance control; You need to have/be:Fluent in English (C1);Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources or similar field;3+ years professional experience;Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation laws;Good Excel knowledge (mandatory);Customer Focus: internal & external;Good Planning and Organization skills;Able to multitask.
