Job DescriptionAbout the job:As an HR Generalist with Devexperts, you will play a fundamental role in the Local HR Team by ensuring all administrative processes along the employee lifecycle are carried out correctly. You will guarantee the proper management of benefits and internal policies, communication, and procedures concerning people, personal data and records, and payroll support. In parallel, you will contribute daily to the correct execution of our people's requests and answer any queries related to employees across the business in close collaboration with the other shared corporate departments.In this strategic and dynamic role, the successful candidate will also support the Global HR team in implementing and developing HR processes, policies, and procedures
