As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting Blaze Information Security's employee lifecycle with a huge focus on the employee experience, from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, career planning, and managing cultural initiatives. You will be a trusted partner to our employees across all locations, ensuring they have a positive and fulfilling work experience.
Tasks

HR Metrics and Analysis
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
HR Documentation
Create, maintain, and update employee handbooks, HR documentation, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Talent Acquisition
Leverage Blaze EVP to design and implement a strategy to create awareness with candidates that match Blaze profile.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations.
Stay informed about current market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
People Operations
Onboarding: assure a unique and smooth onboarding process that integrates new hires into the company.
Compensation and Administration: Guarantee that all the company processes are smooth and efficient related to managing payroll, benefits packages, and administering various employee-related admin processes.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with all legal requirements related to employee relations.
Offboarding: Ensure that all admin and compliance processes run smoothly during the positive separation process for departing employees.
Technology and Data: Leverage HR technology tools to automate tasks, streamline processes, and gain insights from data to make informed people management decisions.
Career Development:
Partner with managers on career development planning and goal setting specific to cybersecurity and related fields to create individual development plans for employees.
Follow up on the plan implementation and measure the impact/success of the training plans.
Cultural and Engagement Initiatives:
Develop and implement programs to promote a positive and engaging work environment, fostering collaboration and innovation across different locations.
Organize and participate in company events and activities that build team spirit and cultural connection.
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.

Requirements
Required Skills:

Ability to take initiative working as part of a team.
Problem-solving orientation and proactive research to present solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a technology company.
Experience working with HRIS systems.
Fluency (both written and spoken) in Portuguese and English is required.

Benefits
Vacations:

22 Working days/Year (following completion of 1-year service).
All paid time off requests must be applied for before the start of the leave and approved by the employer. The leave can be carried forward into the next year but must be used by 30th April.
During the first year of employment, an employee is entitled to 20 days of leave, accumulated as two days per month. If the employment starts in the first half of the year, the employee is entitled to eight days of vacation after completing 60 days of work, and if the calendar year ends before six months have been completed, the days are extended until 30th June the following year.
