The Role As an HR Generalist, you will need to: Manage end to end recruitment process: design and implement overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions and define the best strategy to find candidates, screen candidates resumes and conduct interviews; Support our Onboarding process and work closely with our team implementing new ideas and solutions; Support employees' development through performance management, feedback meetings and Personal Development Plans; Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics; Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention; Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as provide HR policy guidance; Manage and support someHR operational tasks (HSST, contract renewals, relatório único in some specific attachments, among others); Create, update and maintain analytical reports and databases. You You have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related and experience managing the full employee life cycle.
