Your role will involve the meticulous development and implementation of HR procedures and documentation, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a supportive environment for our employees. Knowledge and experience with Portuguese labor law is crucial for this position.

What you will do: Provide expert support to the HR Manager in preparing written advice for stakeholders and optimization/implementation of processes and procedures on global initiatives. Analyze and present data, identify errors and legal risks, and present solutions. Support all People Administration Processes ensuring continuous completion and optimization of workflows and methods. Manage disciplinary proceedings and ensure fairness and legal compliance at all stages. Oversee time and attendance, including annual leave, absences, and long leaves. Support the payroll cycle and liaise with suppliers. Provide administrative and legal expertise across the organization. What will make you successful for the role: Degree in HR Management, Law, or similar field. 5 to 10 years of experience in HR administration or similar. Experience in BPO and/or large fast-paced Operations' companies. Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level). Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations. Proficient with MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook…). Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and learning that fosters innovation.
