Are you ready to start your career in a fast-moving, future-oriented environment? The International Graduate Program (IGP) at Infineon gives you full insight into how we come up with innovations. Our products enable self-driving cars, help save tons of CO2, and allow contactless (and secure!) credit card payments. Joining the IGP will give you the big picture of Infineon: Over the course of 18 months, you have at least three different assignments – one of them abroad. By working in different departments, you can get an idea of what suits you best. From the beginning, you'll have a chance to roll up your sleeves and take on challenging tasks. Besides that, you have the opportunity to build strong global relationships across sites, functions, and departments, and to meet the global IGP community face to face and at virtual conferences. And if that isn't enough, you'll have permanent employee status from the start.
Job Description
Your program consists of the following elements:
As an IGP HR Digital, you are part of a truly Global Team: You will work alongside passionate HR and IT professionals dedicated to maximizing value for HR and its customers through the hands-on automation and digitalization of HR processes, services, and workflows. At Infineon Technologies Business Solutions, you will identify automation opportunities by evaluating existing HR processes to pinpoint repetitive, time-consuming tasks suitable for automation, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or employee self-service solutions.
You will analyze and propose solutions: Partner with HR and IT counterparts to analyze requirements and demands, and research and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives.
You will also create and implement user stories: Contribute to the creation of user stories for ServiceNow (HRSD), support technical implementation in ServiceNow (requiring low code effort), conduct testing and provide support during the hyper care phase.
You will guide stakeholders and conduct feasibility checks: Assist global HR stakeholders in refining their problem statements and actively participate in technical feasibility checks to ensure viable solutions.
You will evaluate HR workflows: Continuously assess existing HR workflows to identify further opportunities for automation and process improvement.
You will also develop guidelines and processes: Support the creation of guidelines and processes to ensure efficient and effective ways of working.
You will have the opportunity to do an international assignment of 6 months in Melaka to build up your own network.
Your Profile
Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated internship/student experience working in HR or IT departments, preferably within an international setting.
Technical Proficiency: Very strong technical affinity with HR tools and systems.
Digitalization Expertise: Hands-on experience in the digitalization of HR processes, services, and workflows, particularly using ServiceNow or similar software, with a focus on no/low-code implementation.
Problem-Solving Skills: A solutions-oriented approach to addressing and resolving challenges.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an added advantage.
Mindset:
Team Player: A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive: A proactive attitude with the drive to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.
Customer Centricity: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and making customer needs a priority.
