Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment, and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionOur Data Quality and Governance Team, operating in Lisbon, is looking for a HR Data Quality Analyst to integrate this agile and dynamic team.
Your contribution to something big: Support the implementation and continuous development of a worldwide data governance framework in HR;Support the ongoing operations of Data Quality by working on the continuous development of Data Quality KPIs, as well as ensuring an end-to-end solution;Provide continuous support and consulting in HR Data Quality and Governance topics;Interface with relevant stakeholders, Data Maintenance Organization, and Process Owners to improve both Data Governance and Data Quality at our HR Organization's Data;Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities in current and future processes and methodologies;Participate in all aspects of planning, definitions, and taking ownership in some key topics.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification;Experience: 2+ years of IT and support experience;Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in SAP HR Systems, specifically SAP HCM (End-User) and in Employment Center (SuccessFactors) is a plus;Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level);Personality: Strong intercultural competencies, solution and customer-oriented, and proactive.What we offer you:Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health-related activities | canteen | good access to public transport | space for creativity.
