Responsibilities: Register new hires and terminations contracts in Global HR and OneHR Approve requests in self-service and One HR Accrual of vacation, overtime, and bank hours balances Update Turnover - Global HR and OneHR Monthly checking of payslip Monthly report Working hours, absenteeism, labor costs, HC Prepare the debit files Preparing the annual budget and evaluating the impact of salary increases on the budget Assure legal requirements according Labor Law and GDPR HR Complains follow up Candidate's Profile: Bachelor's degree in management or related field 1 Year of Professional Experience in a similar area Knowledge of working in Success Factors Knowledge of English Results Orientation & Execution Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.
