Responsibilities & Main Tasks Expert in the Contingent Workforce environment Extensive communication with internal stakeholders involved in the Contingent work force like Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers and Business at large Extensive communication and daily liaison with Contingent work force agencies Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent Work force administration Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution Support the Contingent Work Force Manager for any topic in relation with Contingent workforce (rate bands, frame agreement, etc.) Ensure Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBP's and Managers Ensure our legal and compliance rules related to agency contracts and Contingency workforce documentation Job Requirements Specific skills / expertise / product: Experience in administrative work Experience in coordination role Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory) Good verbal and written communication skills Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory) Good English level Behaviours & Inter-personal Skills – Key Points Ability to coordinate and interface with various internal and external stakeholders Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude Capacity to share complete and accurate information High-level confidentiality General Information SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
