Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for administering all compensation and benefits transactional matters; liaises with external and internal stakeholders in that area and is responsible for HR reporting in that and related areas.
The post incumbent acts as a back-up for preparing and submitting all variables for the preparation of the payroll for the SBM entities based in Portugal.
RESPONSIBILITES & MAIN TASKS Act as focal point for all absence registration and reporting;Act as focal point for pension administration and reporting;Act as focal point for insurance administration and reporting;Prepare monthly and quarterly provisions;Request payroll and C&B related purchase orders;Monitor payment of related invoices;Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in this area;Actively engage in process developments in the C&B area;Prepare HeadCount reporting;Timely deal with related service tickets;Liaise with counterparts globally;Support payroll colleagues;Stay up to date on any labour or fiscal legislative changes and pro-actively use this information;JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar position;Proven knowledge on compensation and benefits processes;Good level in Excel;Good knowledge of Portuguese labor and tax law;Team player, flexible, service oriented;Analytical minded.GENERAL INFORMATION SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
