Job Description Your contribution to something big:
- Work as a strategic partner to the leaders, advising and pro-actively anticipating their people needs;
- Support the management team on the implementation of people lifecycle within your business area;
- Ensure the implementation and follow up of HR standards, policies and processes in her/his responsibility areas;
- Supporting managers on the implementation and decision making (Learning & Development, Reward, Talent, etc.) to define team specific requirements related to associates;
- Be a people coach and mentor in career development;
- Empower and up-skill managers in order to attract and retain talents;
- Help teams develop strong diversity and inclusion practices;
- Define and implement new approaches and instruments;
- Change and enable consultant for transformation;
- Work as a partner with the management team on the application of new RH policies and processes;
- Assure and lead the recruitment process, develop new recruiting processes;
- Participate in Personal Marketing activities.
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
- Master Degree in Labour Law or proven experience in the area of human resources;
- You have experience as a People Partner, with working knowledge of employee law and experience in a high-growth organisation;
- You have a passion to deliver a world class people experience;
- You are able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and advise people to make the right decisions;
- You can prioritise in a fast paced, high growth environment;
- You can design, develop and implement innovative solutions to real People problems;
- You're comfortable analysing data to make data based decisions;
- You have experience in things such as organisational design, employee relations, succession planning and talent development;
- 5 Years of experience in the human resources.
