We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Porto Office!
Key Responsibilities: • Collect the recruitment needs of the hotel units and monitor the process in coordination with the Recruitment team; • Provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes, such as conflict management, restructuring, and labor law issues; • Coordinate with the legal department and hotel management all legal procedures/processes within the scope of people management throughout the entire lifecycle of employees; • Assist in solving daily problems in the hotel units; • Ensure the collection and validation of the data necessary for payroll processing, together with the Payroll team, and review the final version of payslips; • Manage attendance and monitor presence, absence, and hour bank balances; • Support the management of Occupational Health; • Prepare monthly HR metrics; • Create purchase orders and prepare the respective distribution maps by cost centers; • Support the administrative management of all HR processes; Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area; • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR functions, preferably in growing contexts; • Flexible and adaptable profile, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to practical and operational situations on a daily basis; • Experience with the ERP Primavera and the attendance management software Innux will be preferred factors; • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, promoting collaboration within different areas and teams; • Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks.
