With a commitment to excellence, we provide comprehensive solutions to partners, individuals and families seeking to immigrate and invest in real estate.We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Porto Office!Key Responsibilities:Management recruitment processes for hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent; Creation job ads with the support of the hotels Manager's and publication in different recruitment channels; Search and selection of candidates; Assist Hotel Managers in scheduling and conducting interviews as well as in the evaluation of candidates; Map the recruitmentsources of the surrounding area; Maintain regulars contacts with employment centres, schools, universities and training centres; Participate in job fairs and other events in the area of employment to attract candidates; Serve as a support adviser to managers and leaders, providing support and guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law; Ensure the correct collection of data to support the process of hiring and payroll; Guarantee that employment contracts are issued, signed and sent to head office; Management of contract renewals processes and exits and support to administrative management of admissions whenever necessary; Control of the biometric system and train users; Support for occupational health management; Issue/elaborate monthly HR metrics; Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area; Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as Generalist Human Resources Technician; Previous experiencein hospitality area preferably in a shared service environment; Rigor, attention todetail, responsibility and autonomy; What we are offering:Possibility to work in a dynamic, fast growing Company; Permanent job position; Salary conditions in accordance with company policies and in line with the candidate's experience.Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.
