Support the recruitment process, by participating in interviews and hiring decisions
Contribute to the development of employee branding strategy
Gather inputs for the training needs and planning
Implement talent evaluation and succession planning
Support the local onboarding and offboarding procedures
Ensure the development of local procedures and guidelines, nationwide
Be the point of contact of HR for local teams
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
3 years of experience in similar roles or in development roles within the HR field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent teamwork skills
Availability to move between two units in Portugal
Fluent English - mandatory
