We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment through the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. As an Sr. HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and handling termination and attrition processes.
Responsibilities:
Document Generation:
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, training and labor contracts, appointment letters, salary payslips, warning letters and terminations.
Record Management:
Maintain physical and digital files for employees, managing documents, benefits, and attendance records, holidays mapping and training hours.
Onboarding and Education:
Create comprehensive onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Develop employee engagement plans, secure necessary budget approvals, and initiate activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, measure and improve employee satisfaction and morale.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies. Play a key role in workforce planning and succession planning.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate on the development of training programs. Support the professional development of employees.
Conduct employee onboarding and collaborate in planning training and development programs to enhance employee skills across different levels.
HR Support:
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, and conflict resolution.
Communicate HR initiatives and policies effectively throughout the organization.
Promotion of HR Programs:
Lead or participate in strategic HR projects and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze data using relevant HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR strategies.
Performance Reviews:
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to assess individual and team achievements.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and professional development.
Job Satisfaction Enhancement:
Enhance job satisfaction by promptly addressing issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and proactively address any legal or compliance-related matters.
Mitigate legal risks and proactively address compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
