We're looking for a talented Junior HR Generalist to help us achieve our goals and maintain an exceptional employee experience.
Main responsibilities:
Validate new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support the onboarding process by assisting with orientation, training, and helping new employees acclimate to our company culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HR assistance and guidance in areas such as employee relations and benefits administration.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in our system.
Assist with various HR projects and events, such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee recognition efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, showcasing a solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all HR activities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Portuguese and English C1 level.
