About the role: The HR Administrator carries out, manages, and oversees specific transactional HR services based on established processes. Their goal is to ensure efficient, precise, and timely delivery of these services to the relevant organization. This role focuses on multiple markets, with a special emphasis on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

What you will do: Provide transactional HR services related to Travel and Expenses (T&E). These services are delivered to the organization, ensuring swift and precise administration.Maintain high quality and compliance with policies and legal regulations.Generate T&E reports in an information system (HRIS) to ensure quality and compliance with internal and external audits.Perform quality checks and secure HR process delivery as defined in policies and legal regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline travel processes and enhance efficiency.Promote continuous improvements by seeking and implementing more effective processes and systems participating also in projects related with process improvements.Support employees and managers to ensure that the information provided in SAP Concur is accurate and complete.Maintain requests received via Ticketing Tool and ensure that tickets are resolved within the agreed timeframe.Manage Credit Card verification.Monitor adherence to travel policies and guidelines.Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.Who you are: Bachelor's degree preferred.At least 2 years of relevant work experience (experience as a Travel Admin is a plus).Self-driven and effective communicator.Strong team player with attention to detail.Proactive and flexible.Familiarity with Office 365, Workday, SAP Concur, Ticketing Tool.Fluency in German or French (Preferable).Mandatory fluency in English.
