This role delivers training services and participates in development activities to ensure continuous improvement.
Performs, maintains and administers training services according to defined processes, secures efficient and accurate and on time delivery to the respective organization.

What will you do Deliver transactional Training services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines so that all training related matters are administered quickly and accurately
Resolve escalated issues from first level support
Escalate possible challenges/ questions to next level or subject matter experts
Training administration
Cooperate closely with stakeholders to secure quality in available learning opportunities
Create content and administrate training in the LMS tool
Support all employees via chat and by providing support material
Efficiently manage incoming requests from stakeholders via various channels, including ServEss, Teams, and Outlook and secure that tickets are resolved within the agreed timeframe.
Handles system changes related to leavers.
Prepare instructional materials such as instructions and videos to support stakeholders using Learning Management System.
