Your new Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative to join our HR team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required.
Your Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Portuguese as a first language.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
