Euronext is currently looking for a HR Payroll & Benefits Trainee to be part of the HR Department/Team in Portugal. Reporting directly to the HR Payroll & Benefits, the selected candidate will support the Local Team in HR initiatives related to payroll, benefits, employee contracts, files, and also legal HR topics. As an HR Payroll & Benefits Trainee, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. We are looking for a candidate passionate about HR and highly efficient, expecting you to have knowledge of several areas/functions of HR.
The HR Payroll & Benefits Trainee will be responsible for assisting the HR Department, managing the Human Resources policies and procedures, maintaining essential reports, and ensuring the smooth function of the Department. Taking this into account, we want to find a committed and approachable individual that can provide excellent assistance and support to the Local HR Team.
