Our Regional HR Centre teams work together with key HR and IT stakeholders around the world to identify and implement process and technology improvements to our way of working in HR and our interactions with stakeholders. As the HR Administration Specialist, you will provide support to our regional HR professionals and stakeholders across our core workforce administration and recruitment activities. Responsibilities: Managing employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign-off procedures, and validating any documentation required. Supporting position management within Workday, creating, editing and ending appointments and positions, ensuring the requestor is notified of the action and the employee is informed. Managing Workday job change processes and required documentation resulting from promotions, demotions, lateral transfers, fixed term contract extension, etc. Working with in-country HR to manage transfers of affiliates, generating contract documentation and supporting manual payroll and benefits activities as appropriate. Managing employment verification to confirm employee details to 3rd parties on request and generating approvals and producing verification statements. Performing data quality checks on employee data in Workday, managing the list of errors, highlighting data gaps and liaising with the relevant stakeholder(s) or Local HR to correct the quality of the data. Looking for opportunities to improve process execution and technology usage and working with Global Process Owners (GPO) to prioritise and implement improvements. Responsible for operational activities in the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including contact with line managers and talent acquisition partners. Performing background screening of candidates to include 'right to work' checks. Setting up interviews, coordinating with talent acquisition, line managers, and candidates. Preparing offer letters for successful candidates. Performing associated administrative tasks - e.G. purchase orders and candidate expense reports and coordination of activities with various external vendors. Accurate collection of information and proper use of the systems that will be deployed throughout HR to support the recruitment processes
