The Senior Systems Administrator oversees technical administration of HR systems supporting all functions, acting as a Subject Matter Expert. They troubleshoot technical issues, implement new systems, and liaise with vendors. The role leads projects, aligns system processes with business needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Additionally, they maintain a service delivery model providing effective self-service, help desk, and escalation support within resource limitations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Lead systems administration, including design, implementation, and maintenance. Research and apply new technology to business processes.
Project lead for Learning and Performance technical projects, coordinating with global teams.
Build vendor relationships to resolve technical issues.
Align system processes with business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide consultative services on system support for training programs.
The Senior Systems Administrator maintains a service delivery model for self-service, help desk, and escalation, focusing on efficiency. They create and maintain system policies for effectiveness and serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting.

Typical Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with expert-level experience in enterprise software, preferably Learning Management Systems.
Experience in project management, system implementation, and program administration, preferably in HR.
Proficiency in coding (HTML, CSS, API, JAVA), complex query building, and analysis.
Strong customer service experience.
Experience in process design leveraging technology.
Experience in vendor relationship management.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Strong communication skills.
