HR Admin - French SpeakerWe are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission You will be supporting the Reward Operations department and will be responsible for:
Ensure quality and robust data in Excel file from Google form Long Service Award.Ensure for each Long Service Award there is a diploma or attestation from prefecture; if not, revive employees to complete their demands.Archive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward Operations.Send two times per year Excel file with data to allow Reward Operations calculate and integrate Long Service Award.Ensure support level 1 to employee on Long Service Award topics through ServiceNow.Have regular meetings with Reward Operations focal points to follow Long Service Award topics and cascade issues if needed.Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …).Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP.Archive the sick leave certificates according with the define process (GDPR data).Monitoring of salary certificates, follow up and resolution of anomalies.Ensure support level 1 to employee on sick leave topics through email.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Mandatory fluency in French.Previous experience working in Human Resources.Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite.Good communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines.Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks.Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance.Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas.Versatility to work with different technical tools.Benefits - what's in it for you Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
