Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience of supervising or coordinating housekeeping teams, preferably in the hotel sector;Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping practices and techniques, including chemicals and equipment;Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment;Proven ability to deal with adverse situations and resolve problems effectively and quickly;Flexible working hours, including availability to work shifts and weekends as required;Proficiency in English is mandatory.What do we offer?
