Hotel Sales Manager - All Inclusive HotelsWe are currently seeking a Sales Manager and Sales Executive for a leading hospitality group in Albufeira, Portugal. The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving the company's sales targets and managing day-to-day sales operations, including travel and coordination between clients and the commercial team. These roles will ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department across our hotels in Albufeira, Tenerife, and Madeira.Key Responsibilities:Oversee various sales-related tasks and ensure alignment between client needs and the commercial team.Conduct regular monthly and bi-weekly meetings with Trade Partners and provide detailed feedback to key stakeholders.Manage a portfolio of 3-4 properties as a sales leader.Qualifications:Proven experience in leisure sales, specifically in selling all-inclusive and self-catering holidays and contracting with TTOs.Prior experience working in Portugal is essential.Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.Experience in leisure hotel sales and contracting for FIT (online/offline) and group business.This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a background in hospitality and a strong understanding of the Portuguese market.
