Assisting guests with any needs they may have during their stayMonitoring the status of the building and addressing any issues that may ariseManaging linen inventory and coordinating with external laundry service providersTracking lost and found items and returning them to guests as neededAssisting with guest check-ins and onboardingSupervising supplier visits and managing ordersSupporting the preparation of the annual cleaning schedule and communicating with the cleaning teamEnsuring the spaces are cleaned to the highest standards before guest arrivalWhy work with us?
