We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to join the team remotely in Portugal. You will review the partner hotels to ensure they meet high standards. Your job will involve evaluating written emails and phone calls and giving feedback on how they can improve. Your responsibilities and impact working as a Hotel Quality Specialist will be: Analyze written emails and phone calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective communication
Offer constructive feedback and recommendations to hotels to help them improve their standards and guest satisfaction
Compile comprehensive reports on hotel evaluations, highlighting areas of excellence and those needing improvement
Ensure that hotels follow industry standards and company guidelines, maintaining a consistent level of quality
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of German and a good level of English
Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon organizing the move and paperwork on your own
Stable internet connection
A detail-oriented and reliable way of working
Ability to notice small issues that could affect the guest experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective feedback and reporting
Capability to evaluate various aspects of hotel operations and identify areas for improvement.

Salary package of 950€ gross/ month + 13th and 14th salary + 6€/ working day mealvoucher
