Hotel Quality Specialist Remote In Portugal (German Speaker)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to join the team remotely in Portugal. You will review the partner hotels to ensure they meet high standards. Your job will involve evaluating written emails and phone calls and giving feedback on how they can improve. We want to hear from you if you have a good eye for detail and love improving guest experiences! +++ This is a part-time position remotely in Portugal +++Your responsibilities and impact working as a Hotel Quality Specialist will be:Analyze written emails and phone calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective communicationOffer constructive feedback and recommendations to hotels to help them improve their standards and guest satisfactionCompile comprehensive reports on hotel evaluations, highlighting areas of excellence and those needing improvementEnsure that hotels follow industry standards and company guidelines, maintaining a consistent level of qualitySkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of German and a good level of EnglishHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon organizing the move and paperwork on your ownStable internet connectionA detail-oriented and reliable way of workingAbility to notice small issues that could affect the guest experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective feedback and reportingCapability to evaluate various aspects of hotel operations and identify areas for improvement.What's in it for you?Working hours 25h/week Monday - Friday (ideally 5h/ day)Permanent contractSalary package of 950€ gross/ month + 13th and 14th salary + 6€/ working day mealvoucherWorking 100% remotely from Portugal's mainlandA small team ensures fast and effective communicationEquipment will be deliveredFlexible starting datesYour Future Company:This family business was founded in Germany and is now working in Portugal as well.
