Hotel Management Director (M/F)

Founded in 1970, the CJR Group is a multinational business group based in Guimarães and segmented into various business areas with a wide range of activities.To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Hotel Management Director (m/f), to take over the management of hotels and local accommodation to work in the north.Responsibilities- Managing the various teams in the hotel units and local accommodation;- Promoting effective communication between teams and guests;- Implementing policies and procedures that guarantee the safety and quality of the services provided;- Ensuring that the unit complies with all applicable regulations and standards;- Assessing residents' needs and adapting services to meet those needs;- Managing the unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost optimisation;- Developing and mentoring team members.Requirements- Degree in Management, Hotel Management or related field;- Proven experience in management roles in the hospitality sector;- Solid computer skills, particularly in Excel;- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams;- Strong attention to detail and good communication and interpersonal skills.What's on offer- Integration into a solid, growing company;- Professional and dynamic team structure;- Remuneration in line with demonstrated experience.
