Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director for a global role within a prestigious hotel group with a significant international presence. The position is based in our Dubai corporate office and requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable with extensive travel across key regions, including Algarve,Dubai, UK, Kenya, Spain, and Cuba.

Key Responsibilities:
Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's global business goals, fostering a high-performance culture across all regions.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent worldwide. Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives on a global scale.
Employee Relations: Oversee global employee relations, ensuring consistency in HR policies and practices, and compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries. Provide guidance to regional HR teams on complex employee relations issues.
Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity across all markets. Regularly review and adjust policies to meet the needs of the business and its employees.
Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR operations comply with all relevant local, regional, and international laws and regulations. Proactively manage HR risks and mitigate potential legal issues.
HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure HR effectiveness, and provide insights to senior leadership on workforce trends and challenges.
Cultural Integration: Promote and maintain a strong corporate culture that supports the company's values and enhances employee engagement and satisfaction globally.
International Travel: Regular travel is required to key locations, including Algarve, Dubai, UK, Kenya, Spain, and Cuba, to oversee HR operations, engage with local teams, and ensure the implementation of global HR strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global HR role within the hospitality industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Expertise in global HR practices, including talent management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, with experience managing HR for multiple hotels across various regions.
Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively across cultures and lead diverse teams in a global environment.
