Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (8:00 - 21:00), 8h/day, 40h/5 days per week, 2 rotational days off

Your responsibilities:
Assist French Speaking Customers through various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers regarding software functionality.
Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
You speak French proficiently.
Intermediate English level (at least B2).
You already live in Portugal.

Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract.

Competitive salary and remuneration system:
895€ gross x 12 months + 2 extra salaries per year
up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
