If you are willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal, this is the right opportunity for you!Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:Supporting clients by answering their questions regarding products and services via phone and emailProviding solutions for occurring problemsOptimizing the client's technical equipment/toolsGaining market knowledge and information about Microsofts' competitive advantagesAssisting new and former clients with account-related issues and questionsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of German and a good level of EnglishEnthusiasm about business and affinity for technologyKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people Having good negotiation skills or showing keenness to learnBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required).What's in it for you?Type of contract: yearly or 6 months contract, renewableWorking hours: full time or part time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1.100€ gross/month (based on level of experience)Excluding accommodation: 1.470 gross/month (based on level of experience)For international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expensesAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalPrivate health insurance included from the first day of contract signatureFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career pathsYour Future Company:Located in Lisbon, you will find a company that takes care of you from your career development, language skills, and accommodation to your social integration.
