Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a Product Owner to lead our Network Security Operations team, managing more than 100 network IT firewall appliances. This position is Hybrid/on-site in Lisbon/Porto (if needed).

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6 people (juniors and seniors)
Manage escalations from users and project managers
Provide technical expertise on the network security infrastructure
Troubleshoot and manage major incidents
Communicate and maintain strong relationships with Security & Compliance architects and engineers
Manage vendors (KPIs, follow up on service requests/incidents/complex changes, budgets)
Have a service and delivery-oriented mindset
Track KPIs, team projects, and team capacity
Manage the lifecycle of the appliances you own
Manage the licenses of the appliances, products, and support contracts
Improve service on both process and security sides
Maintain documentation of your service
Help junior team members grow their expertise
Requirements for the role
Strong understanding of international and industrial corporate network infrastructure
Strong understanding of Palo Alto network components (STRATA, PRISMA)
Strong overall knowledge of network security best practices
Strong LAN (routing and switching), WAN, and overall network understanding
Strong network troubleshooting skills
Project coordination skills
Able to create technical documentation
Able to lead, coordinate, and support the team
Able to support pressure during incident crises
Fluent in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
