Responsibilities:Providing nursing care in the clinic's different care contextsIntervene on the basis of the best scientific evidence, guaranteeing the implementation of quality standards; Documenting nursing interventions in a timely manner; Promoting patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment; Communicate effectively with the patient and family; Participate in and promote actions aimed at articulating the different levels of healthcare; Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within their sphere of professional intervention; Record incidents;Promote and participate in national or international research programmes and projects; Requirements:Degree in Nursing and valid professional licenceWith or without experience in dialysis techniquesProficiency in Portuguese and EnglishKnowledge of quality systemsPersonal skills: Initiative; critical thinking;decision making#J-18808-Ljbffr
