True experts in care, our nurses participate in transversal programmes that promote personal development and the exchange of ideas. Responsibilities:Providing nursing care in the clinic's different care contextsIntervene on the basis of the best scientific evidence, guaranteeing the implementation of quality standards;Documenting nursing interventions in a timely manner;Promoting patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment;Communicate effectively with the patient and family;Participate in and promote actions aimed at articulating the different levels of healthcare;Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within their sphere of professional intervention;Record incidents;Promote and participate in national or international research programmes and projects; Requirements:Degree in Nursing and valid professional licenceWith or without experience in dialysis techniquesProficiency in Portuguese and EnglishKnowledge of quality systemsPersonal skills: Initiative; critical thinking; decision making
