Responsibilities:

Providing nursing care in the clinic's different care contexts
Intervene on the basis of the best scientific evidence, guaranteeing the implementation of quality standards
Documenting nursing interventions in a timely manner
Promoting patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment
Communicate effectively with the patient and family
Participate in and promote actions aimed at articulating the different levels of healthcare
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within their sphere of professional intervention
Record incidents
Promote and participate in national or international research programmes and projects



Requirements:

Degree in Nursing and valid professional licence
With or without experience in dialysis techniques
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Knowledge of quality systems
Personal skills: Initiative; critical thinking; decision making
