Must-Have: Experience in providing support to end users in the operation of equipment and in diagnosing and resolving related issues. Comprehensive hardware knowledge - ability to diagnose hardware problems and perform minor repairs. Experience in performing tasks within systems administration and management of information technologies supporting operational activities (e.g., IT network, computers, printers); Experience with Operating Systems and Microsoft solutions (Active Directory). Experience in Microsoft 365 support. Advanced knowledge of Linux systems. Basic knowledge of networks, communications, and cybersecurity. Ability to report on executed activities, including the use of ITSM tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English Availability to work on-site in Aveiro.
