in the Travel Tech industry Help Desk Specialist (Lisbon - Russian Speaker)
We are looking for a new member for our distributed IT Helpdesk team, to help us to maintain our IT equipment in our Lisbon office.
Job Responsibilities
Combining first and second-line internal IT support;
Internal users and corporate office equipment support;
Office infrastructure support;
Administering internal company services;
Handling, escalating, and tracking requests in the internal ticket system;
Managing IT assets (laptops, accessories, software licenses, etc.);
Setting up workstations for employees;
Interacting with services and hardware suppliers;
Performing module-level repairs on laptops (we use Lenovo and Apple);
Keeping up-to-date troubleshooting and knowledge base documentation.
Key Qualifications
General understanding of Active Directory domain services and experience in basic user and computer object operations;
General understanding of computer networks (both physical and virtual) and troubleshooting skills;
Basic skills in administering and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and modern versions of macOS;
Troubleshooting hardware-related issues;
Ability to work with supporting documents from suppliers;
Experience in writing user and technical documentation;
Experience with video conferencing systems with conference room functionality (Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, Logitech Lifesize, etc.) at helpdesk level;
Experience with cloud workspaces (Google Workspace, etc.) at helpdesk level;
Be ready to take ownership of the issue/incident and lead it to the end;
Fluent in Russian and advanced level of English. Portuguese will be a plus.
