If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent a very well-known community-based traffic and navigation app. In this exciting and varied new role, you will review user feedback, investigate issues with the app, and solve problems in a timely manner. You will interact with your clients via phone, email, and live chat.The successful candidate has:Fluency in Hebrew and a good command of EnglishEagerness to learn and attention to detailFlexible attitude and ability to adapt in a changing environmentThe selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus of Euro 2000 is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Besides this, there will be temporary accommodation available on arrival and further assistance given with finding permanent accommodation.
