Job Overview As a Content Moderator , you will ensure that all content posted on social media platforms complies with policies and guidelines.
Working within the Hebrew-speaking market , your role will involve evaluating and moderating content to improve the overall user experience.
This position requires attentiveness, adaptability, and a strong commitment to upholding platform standards.
Key Responsibilities Content Moderation Review and evaluate content posted on the platform, including videos, comments, user appeals, and titles.
Determine if content violates platform policies or guidelines and take appropriate action.
Focus on the Livestream function , particularly ensuring minors do not use the platform inappropriately.
Handle user-reported content and assess excerpts of flagged videos for compliance.
Make decisions based on established guidelines to maintain a safe and positive online community.
Policy Compliance Ensure all activities align with platform compliance regulations and standards.
Evaluate sensitive content responsibly, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
User Experience Play a critical role in creating a safer and more enjoyable experience for users by moderating inappropriate or harmful content.
Working Conditions Schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + a lunch break).
Rotational shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
Environment: Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal.
