Health Vendor (Customer Service) - Full Time

Location: Lisbon - Campo de Ourique

Hours: 10am-7pm Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm Sat

About the Company: We are opening a new, modern optical establishment specializing in designer glasses. Our mission is to provide high-quality products with an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for an optician or Health Vendor with a minimum of 2 years' experience and a good level of English and Portuguese, enabling them to sell fluently to English and Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

Helping customers choose the frames best suited to their needs and style.

Presenting our brands to our customers (knowledge of designers).

Providing advice to customers on eye and vision care.

Making adjustments and repairs to frames when necessary.

Assembling in the workshop.

Ordering lenses.

Ensuring that all customer service procedures are carried out in a friendly and professional manner.

Opening and closing the shop (ability to work alone).

Requirements:

Fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus).

Knowledge of social networks (Instagram, TikTok).

Bachelor's degree (Required).

In-store sales experience: 2 years (Required).

Pay: 850.00€ - 1,000.00€ per month

Expected Start Date: 07/01/2025
